Halloween Balloon Garland Kit
This classic spooky balloon garland will make a spooktacular decoration at your Halloween bash! It's easy to assemble and will both delight and thrill your guests.
Each balloon garland kit includes:
- 40 balloons in black, silver, orange, white and confetti balloons
- The instruction sheet included clearly explains how to assemble the garland
- Also included is a balloon strip
- The balloons can be filled with or without helium
- A balloon pump is recommended, but not included
- Simple self assembly required
* All balloons arrive uninflated. Children under 8 yrs can choke or suffocate on uninflated or broken balloons. Adult supervision required. Keep uninflated balloons from children. Discard broken balloons at once.
