We usually ship 1-2 business days from California after you place your order. All orders placed during the weekend or on a holiday are processed the following business day.
Delivery time is an additional 2-7 business days, estimated. Priority Shipping takes 2 to 3 business days plus processing time. We recommend ordering at least 2 weeks before your event to allow for processing and shipping time.
Standard shipping will be sent with either USPS First Class mail or UPS Ground. Priority shipping will be sent with USPS. Please note that we are not responsible for any delays in transit times. Transit times are provided by the carrier, and may vary by destination, especially during peak seasons.
Currently we don’t offer international shipping. However, we plan to ship internationally in the future. Follow us on social media or subscribe to our mailing list to get the latest info.
Sorry but there are no returns or refunds at this time. However, if you have missing or damaged item(s), please contact firstname.lastname@example.org within 5 business days of delivery so we can help you take care of it asap!
Once an order is placed, it goes into processing and unfortunately we can no longer cancel it. However, if you’d like to add items from an order already placed, please contact email@example.com to check the status. As long as your items are still in “processing,” we should be able to update the items!
