Frequently Asked Questions
For US shipping, we usually ship within 2 business days from Northern California after you place your order. All orders placed during the weekend or on a holiday are processed the following business day.
Delivery times are dependent on the shipping method you select at check out. Delivery time is in addition to standard processing time. The following delivery times are estimates vs. guaranteed.
Standard / Ground shipping is through USPS or UPS and usually takes 1-7 business days, depending on the delivery destination. Please note there may be 2-3-day delays in certain areas due to COVID. Please order early.
USPS Priority Mail takes 1 to 3 business days. However, this is only estimate and does NOT guarantee delivery dates or time in transit.
UPS Next Day: 1 business day. Weekends are not considered transit days.
UPS 2nd Day: 2 business days. Weekends are not considered transit days.
The day of shipment is not considered a transit day by any of our carriers, no matter what time the order is placed, processed, or shipped.
Please note that we are not responsible for any delays in transit times. Transit times are provided by the carrier, and may vary by destination, especially during peak seasons.
With all being said, for standard shipping we recommend ordering at least 10 business days before your event to allow for processing and shipping time.
For internationl shipping, please note that delivery timings are estimated, NOT guranteed due to necceasry custom clearance time needed.
Currently we only offer shipping in the United States and Canada due to high shipping charges for the rest of international markets ($60+). If you’re interested in ordering, please provide the following info and email us at hello@momoparty.com, we’d be happy to provide shipping quotes:
1. Exact item(s) and quantity you’d like to purchase
2. Shipping address / city / zip code
3. The date that you would like your order to be delivered by.
Please note that we are not responsible for any international custom and duty fees, taxes, or brokerage fees assessed by the carrier. These fees are in addition to shipping costs. If you refuse to pay the these additional fees requested by the carrier, we won't be able to cancel or refund your order or the shipping costs.
Notes for Canadian customers: Canada Customs requires Canadian recipients to pay applicable duties and taxes on shipments entering Canada. These charges may include PST, GST, HST, duties and other taxes of goods. A brokerage fee is also charged to process shipments and present the requisite customs paperwork to Canada Customs on the importer’s behalf. Please note that UPS will request payment of these charges at the time of delivery. Customers who choose UPS Worldwide Expedited service, part of the brokerage fee (entry preparation fee) will be waived. Please contact us at hello@momoparty.com ASAP. After an order is fulfilled and shipped, we won’t be able to make any changes, unfortunately. If the package is returned to us by the carrier, we'd be happy to issue a refund of your items, with the exception of the original shipping cost. Or we can re-ship it to a new address, but you will be responsible for the re-ship charges.
