For US shipping, we usually ship within 2 business days from Northern California after you place your order. All orders placed during the weekend or on a holiday are processed the following business day.
Delivery times are dependent on the shipping method you select at check out. Delivery time is in addition to standard processing time. The following delivery times are estimates vs. guaranteed. Only USPS Priority Express Services are guaranteed.
- Standard / Ground shipping is through USPS or UPS and usually takes 1-7 business days, depending on the delivery destination. Please note there may be 2-3-day delays in certain areas due to COVID. Please order early.
- USPS Priority Mail takes 1 to 3 business days. However, this is only estimate and does NOT guarantee delivery dates or time in transit.
- USPS Priority Mail Express: 1-2 business days. Weekends are not considered transit days.
- UPS Next Day: 1 business day. Weekends are not considered transit days.
- UPS 2nd Day: 2 business days. Weekends are not considered transit days.
The day of shipment is not considered a transit day by any of our carriers, no matter what time the order is placed, processed, or shipped.
Please note that we are not responsible for any delays in transit times. Transit times are provided by the carrier, and may vary by destination, especially during peak seasons.
With all being said, we recommend ordering at least 10 business days before your event to allow for processing and shipping time.
We love all the products that we carry, and we hope you do, too! However, if you aren’t completely satisfied with your product(s), received the wrong item(s), or the order arrived damaged or with missing pieces, please contact us within 7 business days of the original ship date (as shown on your packing list) and request a return. Returns received past the allowable date or containing ineligible items will not be refunded.
Returned items must be un-used, un-opened and in its original packaging, and be in the same condition in which they were received. Opened, used or sale items are non-refundable. Please note that Momo Boxes are sold as one unit and items from the box can not be returned separately. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, and original shipping costs will not be refunded. If you received a promotional discount on your order, that amount will be deducted from your return.
For customers who use code: FREESHIP or HOME to ship free, the original standard shipping fee of $6.99 will be deducted from your refund.
To initiate a return, please contact us at email@example.com. Upon receipt of your return request, we will review and send you a return authorization number and return details if the request is approved. Please note that we do not accept returns without a return authorization number.
Once we receive the returned item(s), your refund will be credited to the original method of payment within approximately 1-3 business days.
