We usually ship 1-3 business days after you place your order from Northern California. All orders placed during the weekend or on a holiday are processed the following business day.
Delivery time is an additional 2-7 business days, estimated. Priority Shipping takes 2 to 3 business days plus processing time. We recommend ordering at least 2 weeks before your event to allow for processing and shipping time.
Please note that we are not responsible for any delays in transit times. Transit times are provided by the carrier, and may vary by destination, especially during peak seasons.
Standard shipping will be sent with either USPS or UPS Ground. Priority shipping will be sent with USPS.
We offer flat rate of $10 for standard shipping on all orders to 48 contiguous United States. Priority shipping cost will depend on the weight and the destination of your order.
Sorry to hear! However, we are not responsible for any lost or stolen package in transit. Please contact the carrier. We would be happy to provide you with any information about the carrier responsible for your delivery.
Currently we do not offer international shipping. However, we plan to ship internationally in the future. Subscribe to our mail list or follow us @momopartykids on social media to get the latest info and product updates.
Cancellation / Returns
Once an order is placed, it goes into processing and unfortunately we can no longer cancel it. However, if you’d like to add items from an order already placed, please contact email@example.com to check the status. As long as your items are still in “processing,” we should be able to update the items!
We love all the products that we carry, and we hope you do, too! However, if you have issues with your order, receive the wrong item(s), or the order arrived damaged or with missing pieces, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org within 5 days of receiving your order and request a return. Upon receipt of your return request, we will review and send you a return authorization number and return details if the request is approved. Please note that we do not accept returns without a return authorization number. Any costs associated with shipping the return are the responsibility of the customer and original shipping fees will not be refunded.
Returned items must be un-used, un-opened and in its original packaging, and be in the same condition in which they were received. Opened, used or sale items are non-refundable.
