This set of balloon mix is perfect for your pink Halloween celebration! Add in some iridescent ghost dust and classic black and you're ready to throw a spooktacular party.
- 12 balloons (9 solid colored balloons in black, orange and pink + 3 pre-filled confetti balloons)
- Balloons arrive uninflated
- To help confetti stick to the sides of the balloons, rub confetti balloons on clothes to create static.
* Children under 8 yrs can choke or suffocate on uninflated or broken balloons. Adult supervision required. Keep uninflated balloons from children. Discard broken balloons at once.
