Small Airfill Only Jelli Rainbow Number Foil Balloon
The new Jelli number foil balloon is simply magical and festive! With translucent pastel ombré front and solid silver back, it definitely is an eye-catcher! This 16" number foil balloon can only be inflated with air using a balloon air inflator or hand pump to hang (so, save that helium!) Each of them comes with a straw to easily inflate by mouth. It also includes self sealing valve - self-sealing valve prevents the gas from escaping after it's inflated.
