We recently helped one of our mama friends throw a lovely princess birthday party for her little 2-year-old girl, Mia. We’re so happy to share all the ideas from this simple yet adorable party! This party was held at our friend’s apartment. We made a gorgeous balloon garland using our princess balloon cloud as the base and added some gold balloons. Underneath the balloons we hung this adorable princess garland featuring a unicorn, a swan, a princess and beautiful flowers. The combination of the balloons and the garland created a darling backdrop behind for the dessert table and was perfect for Insta moments! We loved how it turned out!
To match the pink and gold color scheme, we used these sweet heart shaped plates and layered them on these elegant blush plates with gold scallop edges. Every princess needs her castle, right? So using these sweet princess cups with castle design was definitely a no-brainer when we styled this party! We’ve also prepared some crown party hats for our little princess’ guests. These hats with gold glitter really helped bring the princess party theme to life!
Mia’s mom did a great job with some simple yet pretty desserts in pink for the party. We topped the strawberry shortcake that she prepared with this pink glittered candle and the princess carriage shaped candle. How darling was this! We love the idea of using candles or cake toppers for a simple home-made or store-bought cake. It just brings so much to a themed party (and so easily)!
For party favors, we used these stunning castle favor boxes for the little guests. The size was perfect for sweets and trinkets!Last but not least! Little princess Mia absolutely loved this gold tiara and wand set that we prepared for her. How cute are these with her pink tutu dress? They made such a perfect gift for all the little princesses all there!
We hope you find these ideas inspiring! For more adorable party goods and decorations, don't forget to check out our Sweet Princess Collection!
